1. Definitions

Client/Customer/You: The person or entity utilizing our relocation, packing, or moving services.

Services: All relocation, packing, transportation, and related logistics services provided by Aviva Relocations Pvt. Ltd.

Agreement: The service contract, quotation, or written agreement signed between the Client and the Company.

Scope of Services
Aviva Relocations Pvt. Ltd. offers local, domestic, and international relocations services like:

Packing and unpacking of household or office goods

Loading, carriage and unloading
-
Storage and warehousing services (where applicable)
-
Insurance facilitation, if opted by the client
Every service will be executed in line with the agreed quotation or service agreement.
3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are only confirmed once a signed quotation or service confirmation is received.

The clients must pay the agreed deposit, if any, prior to the start of services.
Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Payment should be made through approved channels, including bank transfer, cheque, and UPI.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance from the booked move can get a partial refund subject to administration charges.

Cancellation within 48 hours may be charged a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total quotation.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Responsibilities of Clients

Accurate information about inventory, addresses, and special handling instructions should be provided.

Valuables like personal cash, jewelry, and important documents should be packed separately; the loss of such items will not be the responsibility of the Company.

Ensure proper access at pickup and delivery locations: elevators, parking, permissions, etc.

Liability & Insurance

Aviva Relocations Pvt. Ltd. exercises due care during all operations.

Company Liability shall mean only in proven cases of negligence.

Clients are encouraged to opt for transit insurance to cover any potential damage or loss.

The Company is not liable for delays due to bad weather, traffic, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

Storage & Warehousing
If goods are stored in Company premises,

Storage charges as per agreed rates shall apply.
Goods in storage shall be at the risk of the Company only insofar as the insurance cover provided by the Company extends, against fire, flood and natural disasters.

Items Not Allowed
The Company shall not move/transport:

Hazardous or explosive materials
-
Perishable goods
-
Contraband or illegal items
Any such items found in shipment undeclared will be removed, and the Client may be held liable.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Aviva Relocations Pvt. Ltd. be liable for:

INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES

Loss of profits, income, or business opportunities
Total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by the Client.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to resolve amicably.
If not resolved, they shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in [City, State, India].

Privacy Policy
All personal data shared with the Company is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. The Company will not disclose client data to third parties except when required by law or to deliver the service.

12. Amendments
Aviva Relocations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. An updated version will be placed on our website.
